About us

Nowadays the success is on the side of those companies that give priority to the quality of the products, equipment, standards of customer service and product supplies. Thus, the managerial staff of JSC «Spartak» decided to implement the quality management system within the factory.

On 14 March 2001, the enterprise obtained the certificate of conformity, recorded at number BY/112 05.0.0.0071 in the Register of the National System of Certification. The certificate endorses compliance of the company's system of development and production of high-quality confectionaries with CTB ISO 9001–96 requirements.

In 2003 and 2007 the recertification of the system of quality management was held and GOSSTANDART of the Republic of Belarus confirmed the validity of the certificate of conformity, affirming compliance of the enterprise's system of development and production of high-quality confectionaries with the CTB ISO 9001–2001 requirements.

In May 2010 the recertification of the system of quality management was held, as a result the compliance of the products with ÑÒB ISO 9001-2009 was endorsed and new certificate ¹ BY/112 05.01.00600071 valid till 1 of June 2013 was issued.

The certificate can be compared to the University Diploma, which doesn't guarantee the successful career, but gives lots of opportunities. Thus, JSC «Spartak» is trying to realize all the opportunities presented.

Quality Management System

Quality management system is a base for the constant improvement and enhancement of the activity of JSC «Spartak» and is aiming at reaching high results in the quality sphere: meeting customer's expectations by increasing the quality of products.

Benefits of Quality Management System

The main goal of Quality Management System is official recognition of company’s efficiency and its correspondence to the requirements of ISO 9000.

Due to the efficiency of the quality management system, confirmed by means of the certificate of conformity, issued by the international organization for certification, customers feel confidence that the company's products are of high-quality, which is assured by a perfectly organized production process and high-skilled personnel.

The certificate facilitates the integration into international economy and opens access to the European market. The presence of certificate is one of the requirements of European Union and possibility to successfull participation in international tenders on products supply. The receipt of certificate helps increasing the profitability of the company in account of competitiveness and rise of prices on high quality products.

In October 2009 the certificate audit provided by the international company BUREAU VERITAS Certification was held.

The certificate of conformity ¹ UA226158 of 27 of November 2009 (with accreditation ANAB, USA, DAR Germany, UKAS UK) was obtained. It is affirming that the quality management system implemented at JSC «Spartak» corresponds to the requirements of international standard ISO 9001.

System HACCP

Besides the fact that products have to be qualitative they have also to be safe. The system ÍÀÑÑÐ (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) – is the system which identifies, accesses, controls and prevents the food hazards.

The HACCP is considered as the most efficient system to ensure the safety of food. In 2003 «Spartak» started its preparation to implication of HACCP system at the factory.

JSC «Spartak» was the first company in Gomel and 14th in Belarus to develop and implement the system of HACCP.

The State Committee for standardization, metrology and certification issued certificate of conformity recorded at number BY/112 06.0.0.0014 in the Register of the National System for Standardization. The certificate confirms compliance of the enterprise's system of development and production quality with the «Quality systems. Foodstuff quality management based on HACCP principles».

On May 2007 the certificate audit of system HACCP was held. It affirmed the conformity to the requirements of CTB 1470-2004 «Quality systems. Foodstuff quality management based on HACCP principles». As a consequence, the certificate of conformity ¹BY/112 05.02. 006 0104 was received.

In May 2010 the certificate audit of system HACCP was provided again and as a result the certificate of conformity ¹BY/112 05.02. 006 00104 valid till 29 June 2015 was issued.

Environmental management system

Both consumption of quality, safe products and environmental impact are the most important aspects ensuring the health of customers. Therefore, JSC «SPARTAK» introduced an environmental management system (EMS) that is considered as a part of the management control system. It includes organizational structure, planning, responsibility, methods and procedures which are to improve ecological policy and prevent environmental pollution. The system meets the CTB ISO 14001–2000 requirements.

Ecological assessment«of technological processes »in the main and subordinate sections (use of primary products, materials and resources, shipment of finished goods, etc.), including all stages of product life cycle has been held at JSC «Spartak».
